The briefcase is average. I was anticipating more room in it. It seems like it has a lot of wasted space. Also, the other day the locks got jammed. The was no code in the briefcase but it locked up.

Received the product in a timely fashion and it was given as a gift. The recipient seems very happy with this product and it looks like it is very good quality and has everything necessary for productive use.

had to return first one because of damage got second one and it was damaged also. tried to return but all i got was a runaround. very disappointed in the total transaction. you have people that answer the phone that you can't understand their broken english. the whole deal was not worth the hassle of even trying to return the second case. I wonder sometimes if companies hire people that you can't understand on purpose so customers like myself get so fustrated they just say the hell with it.
