First of all, this is not a toy. Not sure why that part of a review came up. I do not find this cleaner effective. It leaves a white chalky residue on the board and on the hands, because it stays on the rag used. It is not practical for classroom use. I'm back to using the Expo spray cleaner, its easier to use and faster.

Either I have the wrong board or this stuff isn't that strong. It doesn't clean the board completely. I got the product fairly quickly, though.

If your whiteboard is giving you problems, then clean it with the spray that you usually use, then use a soft cloth to "wax" on this product. I've seen how a horible whiteboard can go back to new! Teachers, you'd love this stuff!
