Even though this is magnetic, it just had a magnetic piece inside and looks pretty flimsy in person. The cardboard stuff is dented around the magnetic piece at the top. It didn't come with the 30 name pieces listed in the description. The arrow sticks well, though; this will serve it's purpose in my classroom and it is better than having to make my own similar chart.
