Heavy-duty shredder offers a mobile, high performance data security device that makes an ideal central device for large offices. Shreds paper, store cards, credit cards, CDs/DVDs and floppy disks. Shreds 27 sheets of 20 lb. paper at 27' per minute into 1/8" x 1-1/2" micro cross-cut pieces. Stops automatically when the container is full and door is open. Offers a security level 6, 11-4/5" throat, automatic start/stop control via electronic eye, reverse button to release overfed paper, standby mode with LED indicator and safety element above paper intake with in-feed slot for CDs/DVDs/floppy disks in security level 2. 28 gallon waste bin includes a reusable collecting bag. Motor has thermal protection. Enclosed housing protects against paper dust. The tried-and-tested, closed-tooth wheel drive prevents penetration of dirt and slows wear, increasing the service life.
