We use these labels for genetic samples. They are easy to use, waterproof and worth the cost (Amazon's price anyways). They sometimes do smear when alcohol contacts any pen ink on the labels, but the printer ink never smears.

Ask your self if you really need weatherproof labels. A strip of clear tape is much cheaper.

Too much drama after this company mailed through FedEx and FedEx left package by door (apartment community) which was stolen. You pay $8 shipping for service thats very poor. Rating this one star is one star too many.
