Have owned for about one month. Strong construction, great power, long cord. Two minor issues - 1.)the hose could stretch longer, it requires me to lift the vac along with the hose for some hard to reach areas. 2.)The dust cup does fill up rather quickly (though it could just be my dirty house, lol). Overall, very satisfied. Excellent value!

I was looking for a vacuum do to the carpeted stairs. The Eureka is perfect for that! I have 2 cats, and it gets all the pet hair out easily. It's light, with a long cord (stretches down a whole flight). The handle is not padded at all, so my hand is a little sore after 30 min of vacuuming. But other than that, the vacuum is great.

I am very happy with this hand-held vacuum. It has the power I want to remove dog hair going up my stairs. I've tried other vacuums but this one does the trick. I also thought the price was very reasonable. Even though you have to plug it in (which I think is necessary for the power) it is well worth removing animal hair in difficult small places.
