Certain downsides should be pointed out before you purchase this case. You are getting what you paid for. 1) The back "pocket" is not really a pocket if it looks like one in the display. It's supposed to be a luggage attachment to go over the handle of your suitcase. It can be used as a pocket if zipped closed at the bottom, but it cannot fit a whole sheet of paper. 2) VELCRO! When are people going to realize that velcro is not a suitable method for fastening anything. It ruins fabrics if you try to shove a spare tie or gloves or anything like that into the pocket, and when you open it at a meeting it sounds like your 7th grade Trapper-Keeper. This one is a matter of taste, but I don't like Velcro. 3) Let me disclose first that I have owned this briefcase for all of one month. Around the 5th day, I was caught in some light rain. I had a large umbrella, the function of which is to preclude any rain from contacting my new briefcase, which it did, and I'm not bothering to write a review on the umbrella. The briefcase was lightly sprayed with a mist of water, which I promptly wiped off upon arriving at the office. 15 days later, the top of the briefcase is flaking off specks and chips of black leather finish, rubbing off a bit on clothing and everything else, and consequently you look like you just got called back to the Ad tryouts for Selsun Blue. That's just my experience with the briefcase, take from it what you will.

The price is right for me. The bag is very light and practical. I love to carry it for work and travel.
