Even with the sale price, I'm not sure about this desk. First of all it is extremely complex and time consuming to put together. Hopefully you can follow the picture only instruction manual and at the end your drawers actually close without hitting the faux wood trim pieces. For the price, this is a cheaply made, yet sturdy, desk. All laminate pieces are easy to puncture if you use the wood pegs and glue as recommended. I punctured the sides with the pegs and the pieces are on back order 3 weeks away. Frankly, I wish I had spent $100 more and gone for real wood. If I ever have to move, this is going in the trash as there is no way it could withstand such treatment...it would kill it. On the upside, it looks nice. On the down side, it's cheaply made and overpriced.

I had something taped with magic tape to the desk, pulled it off and off came the laminate with it. This product will end with a costly trip to the dump when it's time to dismantle.

This desk took a little over 2 hours to put together (2 people) , every thing was labeled clearly and instructions where clear. Easy to put together, but with furniture like this, it is a little time consuming. except to spend 2-3 hours putting this together. The desk color is nice, and feels solid, for a desk that you need to assemble, It is not a hardwood desk and shouldn't be compared to one, this is heavy particle board and veneare. Bush furniture was nice to work with, one of the parts had a scratch that I didn't like and they will ship a new part, in a week, no hassle, good service. Lucky I don't need to take the whole desk apart to replace it. Shipping was free, and pretty timely - took about a week, and was shipped via a freight company. Boxes and product arrived undamaged. Loved saving $$ over local office stores, and having it delivered to my house.
