I lost count of the shredders I've purchased that have wound up in the recycle bin, including the infamous "Mail Mate". The Aurora AS1018CD is powerful and works as advertised. I would recommend it to anyone.

So far this product has performed well, sounds good and strong when shredding, no bogging down or struggling. No jams but haven't done a CD or credit card yet. Responds immediately when on auto for shredding, so far a good buy.
